Shane and I set out this spring afternoon under clear conditions throughout the day on Lake Conroe for our 4 Hour Guided Afternoon Fishing Experience with Captain James through Fish Head Water Sports. <p>we went out this morning for some fish and they didn't disappoint they caught lots of fish and they took home 36 catfish, 2 hybrids and 4 yellow bass. can't tell yall how many smaller they put back in the lake for next year</p>

<p>The weather was picture-perfect - clear skies, light breeze, and the water was looking great. We started with some inshore fishing, then switched to some bait fishing. It didn't take long before the rods started bending, and we were into some quality fish. The Wiper and Channel Catfish were really going after our baits, putting up great fights and keeping us on our toes. We had a blast working the lake, trying different techniques to find the active fish.</p><p>

Super day with a super family

What a super day with this family for an afternoon trip it was a bit windy and we had to work for the fish but we got it done with 31 catfish in the box. These boys were definitely a team one was reeling in a fish and the other ready with the net and when I got a hold of the fish one would hand me the hook outs and the other pushing the clicker for the count.
